Private 1-2-1 sessions are a great way to reach goals. All sessions and training plans are designed around the individuals goals. We have a consultation where we talk nutrition and take vital measurements so we know exactly what we need to do to get the best results possible. All sessions are completely private and we have a great selection of cardio and resistance equipment to push you and get the best out of you as a client. Each client has a personal program to follow whilst you train alone and we are always on hand to support you

HIIT DnB Class –Fridays 7:30pm £7
